Corporate Administrator - Currently perform and coordinate all daily administrative tasks in the conduct of daily business functions, which include corporate administration, office management, reception, purchasing, and customer and business associate relations. Perform all regularly scheduled project reporting and administrative support tasks. Perform Accounting functions to include regularly scheduled and in-frequent invoicing, accounts payable/receivable data entry, expense and travel reconciliation, budget planning, and major purchase research and planning. Assist with all bid and proposal processes. Assist with Government Contract Administration tasks to include interfacing with customers, Contracting Officers, and government agencies, conduct government agency reporting requirements, the implementation of contract invoicing and monthly reporting requirements, and assist with final delivery and final closeout procedures. Perform daily administrative tasks in support of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Program Manager. Facility Security Officer -Currently perform all daily administration tasks in conjunction with and coordination of member government security clearances and facility clearance requirements. Ensure that contract security requirements are achieved, prepare and conduct security briefings, process all security clearance and Position of Trust requests, maintain all security clearance files, prepare for annual audits, and stay informed of changes in the DoD National Industrial Security Program. Perform physical plant and personal security tasks to include determining physical security needs, coordinating purchase and installation, and conducting team member training.
