• Base Veterinarian 388 Tactical Fighter Wing Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base Thailand

Directed food service sanitation, food inspection, and inspection of government-approved sources of food procurement. Served as program manager and inspector for fruit and vegetable procurement activity at several off-base farms. Served as rabies investigation officer for the numerous animal bites that occurred in off-base locations. Designed military working dog facilities for the Security Police Squadron. Served an additional duty as Hospital Disaster Control Officer.

March 1966 to October 1966:
• Base Veterinarian 4621st Air Base Group Niagara Falls International Airport Niagara Falls, New York
Directed food service sanitation, food inspection, and inspection of government-approved sources of food procurement (Niagara Falls and Buffalo, New York). Served as attending veterinarian for three U.S. Army Nike missile sites for the care of military working dogs. Conducted zoonosis control clinics for the base. Additional duties assigned included Decontamination Officer for Nuclear Accident Teams.

• May 1965 to January 1966:
Mixed Practice of Veterinary Medicine, Rockville, Maryland Veterinary Practitioner Economic Survey.
Appointed to faculty of Purdue University and performed a practice management study throughout the state of Indiana.
